Order Submission & Confirmation

1. Placing an order and completing payment constitutes a binding sales contract under U.S. law. We reserve the right to verify order validity, inventory availability, and payment authorization before processing.
2. An order confirmation email will be sent within 1 hour of payment—this confirms order receipt, not shipment. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched.
3. Order Cancellations
   • Within 12 hours of purchase: Free cancellation, full refund processed within 3 business days.
   • After 12 hours (pre-shipment): 5% processing fee deducted, refund processed within 3 business days.
   • Post-shipment: Cancellations are treated as returns and subject to our Return & Exchange Policy (shipping costs and restocking fees apply).
   
   
4. We reserve the right to cancel orders for insufficient inventory, pricing errors, invalid shipping/payment information, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Product Compliance & Liability

1. Compliance Guarantees
   
   
   • All textiles comply with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (free of harmful chemicals and dyes, safe for skin contact).
   • All products meet CPSC flammability standards for home textiles and are Prop 65 compliant (no lead, cadmium, or other toxic substances).
   • Carpets have anti-slip backing (where applicable) to meet CPSC safety standards for fall prevention; curtains are available in fire-retardant options for commercial use.
     
     
     Compliance certificates are available upon request via customer service.
   
   
2. Limitation of Liability

   
   

   We are not liable for:
   
   
   • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., carpet color mismatch, curtain opacity, blanket thickness).
   • Damages caused by improper product use, cleaning, or installation (e.g., carpets stained from unremoved spills, curtains torn during improper hanging, blankets damaged by bleach).
   • Indirect damages (e.g., decor delays due to product unavailability) resulting from order cancellations or shipping delays.
   • Injuries or damages caused by using products outside their intended use (e.g., carpets used outdoors in inclement weather, curtains used as bed canopies without proper support).
   
   
3. Warranty Coverage
   
   
   • Carpet: 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (uneven pile, frayed edges, anti-slip backing failure); excludes wear from regular use or stains from spills.
   • Curtain: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (frayed hems, faulty rod pockets, hardware breakage); excludes damage from installation or sun fading.
   • Sofa Throw Blanket: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (excessive shedding, stitching failure); excludes pilling from pet use or wear from frequent washing.
   
   

User Obligations

1. Provide true, accurate, and complete order information (e.g., correct room dimensions for carpets/curtains, shipping address details). You are liable for delivery delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
2. Use products in accordance with the user manual and care instructions (e.g., vacuum carpets regularly, wash blankets in cold water, avoid direct sunlight for light-colored curtains to prevent fading).
3. Do not resell our products for commercial purposes without our written authorization. Authorized retailers must comply with our pricing and compliance standards.
4. Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, returning used products as new, identity theft). We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and pursue legal action against violators.

Intellectual Property & Dispute Resolution

1. All website content (product images, descriptions, care guides, installation instructions) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will first be resolved via negotiation with our customer service team within 10 business days.
3. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, USA in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, or filed in state/federal court in North Carolina.
4. These terms are governed by North Carolina state law and U.S. federal law. Any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
