Return & Exchange Policy
This policy complies with FTC mail-order rules and CPSC regulations for home textile products, with special provisions for the size of carpets, the customizability of curtains, and the hygiene of sofa throw blankets. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) Number—returns without an RA number will be rejected.
Eligibility Requirements

Time LimitAll return/exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery. For custom-sized carpets and curtains, we extend this window to 45 days to allow for fit verification in your space.

Product ConditionAll products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and compliance documents (e.g., OEKO-TEX certificate) intact (hygiene and structural integrity are critical factors):
- Carpet: Unrolled, no stains, dirt marks, or signs of foot traffic; original plastic wrapping and binding intact; no cuts or modifications to size.
- Curtain: Unhung, no wrinkles from installation, hardware unopened; original packaging and brand tags intact; no custom hemming modifications (unless defective).
- Sofa Throw Blanket: Unused, no stains, pet hair, or signs of washing; original packaging and tags intact; no pilling from use.

Defective/Incorrect ItemsProducts with manufacturing defects (e.g., uneven carpet pile, frayed curtain hems, faulty curtain rod pockets, shedding blanket fabric) or wrong deliveries (incorrect size, color, material) are eligible for free returns or exchanges. Photo/video evidence of the defect is required for verification, and we cover all shipping costs (including freight fees for large carpets).

CPSC Recalled ItemsAll CPSC-recalled products (especially textiles failing flammability tests) are eligible for free return, replacement, or full refund, regardless of purchase date. We will notify you immediately if any product you purchased is subject to a recall.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used or washed products (e.g., carpets with dirt stains, curtains with hanging wrinkles, blankets with laundry residue) due to hygiene and resale concerns.
- Products damaged due to improper use, cleaning, or installation (e.g., carpets stained from spills, curtains torn during hanging, blankets burned from proximity to heat sources).
- Customized products (e.g., custom-length curtains, cut-to-size carpets) with non-quality-related issues.
- Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" on the product page), except for defective or recalled items.
- Products with removed or damaged compliance labels (e.g., OEKO-TEX tags, CPSC flammability warning labels).
Return & Exchange Process

Submit RequestContact customer service via phone, email, or the website’s return portal, provide your order number, describe the issue, and upload photo/video evidence (if applicable). We will review your request within 2 business days and issue an RA Number if approved.

Shipping Arrangement
- Defective/Incorrect/Recalled Items: We provide a prepaid shipping label (or arrange free freight pickup for large carpets) and cover all shipping costs (no restocking fee applies).
- Personal Reason Returns: You are responsible for all shipping costs (including freight fees for large items). A 15% restocking fee applies to cover packaging, inspection, and cleaning costs (this fee is waived for exchanges of the same product).

Inspection & Processing
Our quality team inspects returned items within 5 business days to verify condition, compliance with safety standards, and absence of damage or use. For carpets, we check for hidden stains or wear; for curtains, we inspect hardware functionality.
- Eligible defective/incorrect items: Process a full refund (including original shipping fees) or exchange for the correct product, shipped free of charge within 3 business days.
- Eligible personal reason returns: Deduct shipping costs and restocking fees, then issue a refund for the remaining product price.

Refund Completion
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection approval. Credit card refunds may take an additional 1–3 business days for bank processing.
